Terms of Service

1. Who can use LeaguePredict

You must be at least 16 years old, give accurate registration details, and keep them up to date. Each person may hold one account.

2. The service

LeaguePredict lets you create and join seasonal football prediction games. You can run private pools for your friends, and each league also has one open house competition. The service is free to play; we may show ads and offer an optional paid subscription that removes them, and we accept donations.

3. This is not gambling

LeaguePredict is a game of skill and prediction for entertainment. There is no entry fee or stake to take part, you never wager money on match outcomes, and buying a subscription does not affect scoring or your chance of winning. Any prize in a house competition is awarded at our discretion and requires no payment.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Create more than one account, or use another person's account.
• Use bots, scripts or other automated means to play, or otherwise manipulate scoring or standings.
• Collude to distort a competition, or exploit bugs instead of reporting them.
• Harass, abuse or impersonate others, or post unlawful, infringing or offensive content in pool names, messages or your profile.
• Scrape the service, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, or bypass security or access controls.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as pool names and messages. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store and display that content for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for your content, and we may remove anything that breaches these terms.

7. Fair play and results

Match data and results come from third-party providers and may contain errors or delays. We score predictions on the data available to us and may correct scores and standings when that data is updated. We may adjust scores, void picks, or suspend or remove accounts to protect the integrity of a competition. Our decisions on scoring and on who wins a house competition are final.

8. Prizes

Where we offer a prize for a house competition, eligibility and any conditions will be made clear at the time. Prizes are non-transferable, there is no cash alternative unless we say so, and any taxes are the winner's responsibility. Prizes are void where prohibited by law.

9. Subscriptions, payments and donations

The ad-removal subscription is billed through the app store or our payment processor and renews automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and the subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

10. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, competitions or the service itself at any time.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that match data will be accurate.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or to protect the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material we will notify you through the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
